Guests may cancel their reservation until 7 days before the event and receive a full refund.

Reservations canceled between 7 days and 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before your event are non refundable.

In extreme circumstances, PiYoDa Flow reserves the right to evaluate refunds on a case by case basis.
